Just looking for input all, never installed one, looked at them last night at a meeting along with all the other tankless out there. It looks the most serviceable and looks to be good heat x & burner design. Would love to hear from any and all. Tim

    I have six out there working and have had ZERO complaints

    I think its a great unit. I am very impressed.

    I work for a distributor. We have sold dozens of these units this past year and I have had zero issues.

    It's an impressive product.
