Wants a modcon, but there's a twist.......

Sometimes you get to follow up and see - very clearly - why a modcon is not a good fit! BB system that should have had 250' of BB has just 128.5' of active element and the remaining 121.5' is dummy BB. Sure 'splains the cool rooms(G).
If the corner-cutter had installed enough BB to meet the heat loss on a design-day, a modcon would've made sense. But, he was the low bid and installed the same number of feet of enclosure as the other bids - according to the owner & that's what they went with the knuckle-dragger - not knowing why. They know now.
Let the buyer beware!
