System has three RA89A relays and the guy wired all three relays with a common red and white lead and then wired that to the T and TV on the boiler.
Now the boiler circ pump constantly runs and so do the zone pumps which are connected to the relays.
the boiler aquastat control is a L8148e

The answer is basic
not wired properly. Go to the wiring diagrams and start fresh.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

The RA89 relays
are a circulator only relay they do not have an isolated set of switches to be wired to T and TV. You might want to get a Taco 503 which would work great for your situation. It will run the circulators and wire to your aquastat relay for burner and boiler circulator operation.0 -
