Reconnecting aquastat, thermostat and pilot wires

My kids somehow managed to pulled the wiring loose from the boiler in our basement and now I can't seem to figure out what goes where. Can anyone tell me how to reconnect the wires properly?
Here's what I have:
Aquastat, with one red wire and one white wire coming from it
Thermostat, with one red wire and one white wire coming from it
Pilot light, with one red wire and one white wire coming from it
Transformer, mounted on ceiling above with two empty terminals, one marked red and one marked white
I think that the transformer had one red and one white wire attached to it before and that the other loose red and white wires were joined with wire cap connectors.
Thanks in advance. We've had chilly temperatures here in Colorado lately and I would like to get my system up and running.

The wiring should be in
series using the transformer as your source. I would however recommend you hire a pro who can fix this problem in no time at all.0
