Zone control panel and possible conflicts

in THE MAIN WALL
Have a Peerless MI-04 boiler and want to use a Taco zone control panel but not sure if there are any issues because of the Honeywell aquastat relay L8148e that comes premounted on the side of the boiler as well as any possible issue with vent damper...
