Norton 271Q ignitors

1. Does anyone know where I can find EXACT replacements for the Norton 271Q ignitor? Seems to be a real oddball, maybe used only by American Water Heater in its Polaris line.

2. Does anyone know if the 271A is physically and functionally identical to the 271Q except for the leads?

3. Does anyone have a phone number for Norton Tech Support?

    I am not sure what is different about the Q version versus the A, many times it is only the wirng connector and that can be adapted simply by using wire nuts.



    Also Robertshaw is the rep for Norton and the 41-405 igniter will replace the Q version of the 271.
