Hi everyone, I am buying this house and at first the heating system seemed pretty good, peerless boiler, etc. But the more I look at this, it makes me wonder. #1 they seem to be running the separate water zone off the hot water coil, I would think this is a mistake. #2 the way they did the valves looks like a lot of trouble, but then I realize that the zone valve are actually up high by the ceiling above the heating system. Can you give me any suggestions, am I being too picky? Plus of course, I am getting a nice swing door boiler, but then I look and realize there is no quick disconnect on the burner for power, so my guess is that the door has never been opened.
What would you do here, or any tips? thank you
