Strong wind switches off the boiler

Hi,
The exhaust is fitted from a side of the house. Every time when is a relatively strong wind - the gas boiler switches off just for a second or two. Typically it's not a big problem unless you are taking a shower - the the water gets colder. Sometimes when wind is really strong the period with cold water might even take 10-15s (and water gets really cold then)
Is there any device which can be fitted outside of the house to prevent wind from blowing into the exhaust?
Thanks,
mau.

Go over
the instruction . You will most likely find that the vent is to long or your vented out the wrong side of the house0 -
vent
can we see where vent terminates or can you describe0 -
What is the make
and model of the boiler? This will help in determining correct venting. Typically there is no device that can prevent high winds from affecting a vent other then relocation.0
