can allied 3/4 muliticore pipe be used for radiant circuit/ loops in conjunction with al. plates?

    3/4 PexAlPex is best used for distribution piping or a very large commercial radiant slab. The bending radius and stiffness would make it very difficult to work with overhead.  Like a Boa constrictor..  Most contractors use 3/8" Pex with transfer plates on a staple-up application.  Why fight the application with material that doesn't want to? Also, where would you find 3/4" plates?
