on a one pipe system , how many monoflow tees do i need per radiator.On supply/return or both.

One monoflow fitting if the radiator is above the main, the monoflow is normally installed on the return. Use two monoflow fittings if the radiator is below the main, the one installed on the supply side will be mounted in the opposite direction. But remember to watch the static resistance in your rads too,,,, even though they may be above the M/F main you may still require two tees.
Rare,, but possible if using convectors. :-)0
