Do they make a small meter that you plug an appliance into to measure electric usage?

Is a small plug in wattmeter that also measures voltage, current, KWH, elapsed time, frequency and power factor. I have two of them and they work great.

I bought mine on Ebay new for about $25 including shipping. Amazon also sells them.

But does it do cumulative. If I left it plugged in for a month would it total all the watts used for a month?
  • Yes

It measures consumption cumulatively in KWH for as long as it is plugged in, and power is not interrupted. For example, a 100W light bulb plugged in for 10 hours will register 1.00 KWH at the end of the period.
