ultra series 3 problems

Hey wallies, we recently installed a series 3 ultra and we are having ghost flow problems. does anyone have some different install pictures other than how it is shown in the manual so I can see if its a piping error or if we got some bad pumps (I.F.C.'s)
I dont think we have bad pumps because every zone is heating up when one calls, but im just trying to cover all the bases
I could probably draw up a diagram if needed if someone wants to see how we piped system.

Ghost flow never a problem, can you give a better description or photos.

Hi Mitch, we have 4 heating zones and 1 for DHW.
after spending some time looking at some diagrams I have think I have a flow check in the wrong place. I just cant belive how we are getting ghost flow when all pumps have integral checks
