Unfortunately, There is not enough floor area to heat it effectively with purely radiant heat. There are 2 outside walls and a window.

Bathroom Floor Warming
I'm looking for suggestions on a cost effective way to warm the floor of the bathroom in the addition I'm building. There will be a section of baseboard heat to warm the room so I'm just looking to make the tile floor comfortable for bare feet. I'm open to something electric or a system that will use the water being supplied to the baseboard. It's typical wood frame construction with a full basement below. Currently just 3/4" plywood on the floor. Any ideas would be appreciated.0 -
We just
replaced the baseboard and made the floor the heat emitter.0 -
Do the floor and
the outside walls as heat emitters. That small of a job they can afford raupanel on 6 " oc.0 -

Electric
Electric radiant makes a lot of sense in a space like this. You can enjoy a warm floor even if the rest of the heating system is off. Installation is simple. with a setback stat it will be warm when you enter the bath in the morning and shut down for the rest of the day. If you need info contact me at Lvgheat@verizon.net.0 -

Self limiting plastic thermal film. Will be using it in my own home soon.

I would go with the RAUPANEL
Best floor system out there! Our entire first floor is raupanel. We are running 115'F and are quite comfortable!
Sales 101, never underestimate what a customer will pay for comfort. Never assume what they can afford...
