wacked out boiler

in THE MAIN WALL
i have this boiler that ive been trying to repair it is a Utica Boiler GV125HR what happens is it fires up bring boiler temp up to 180 when its supposed to shut off the it start to ignite and shut off on off on off on then when i shut the power off for a minute or so turn it back on its fires up nice then as soon as it reaches temp same thing off on off on ive been in the business 20 + yrs and this one has me stumped alittle help would be great

    Sounds like a logic issue or an aquastat issue since it happens with water temp and not heat call being satisfied.
