Any ideas on why a Carlin 900nnn series control for an oil-fired hot water heater would be dying? I've replace 2 of them in the last 3 months on a job -- ground looks good, neutral's good, power's no worse than any around here (Connecticut -- pretty lousy power, but not that lousy I would think).
