Need someone to test CO, CO2, Draft on Gas Install

Options
I just had a plumbing and heating contractor install a gas line and my Carlin EZ-Gas burner. Before I hired them, I specifically asked if they had the instruments needed to properly adjust the burner for CO and CO2 levels and was told "YES". Wrong!

So everything is installed and working, but I need to find someone to come in and set the correct weights on the atmospheric damper and adjust the air for correct CO. Since this is such a small job, I'm concerned that I won't find anyone.

I am in Newton, MA right at the intersection of I-90 and I-95 at the Wellesley/Weston line.

Am I correct in thinking that an oil heating pro can do the job just as well? (Assuming he has the instruments?)

Any suggestions?
Steve from Denver, CO
