    pressure gauge

    my pic was a little blurry but it(pressure gauge) looked like it was all the way down to 0 may be some of the problem also since this system heats the pre-heats the water b4 the water heater make sure you do not have leaky fawcets few tips royboy

    Update.....

    Norm came today and he was fantastic! What a great guy. He stayed two and a half hours and answered all our questions, and only charged us for a cleaning. Actually, I expected the bill to be much more. He definitely knows his stuff, is very polite and helpful. Turns out we have no insulation in the cellar (floors above) and no insulation on any of the pipes in the cellar and all these years we've been paying to heat the cellar. (that explains my sauna in the winter down there) Also, he said the burner needed a lot of tweaking, which he did. Thanks to all of you. We will be calling him again when the cold weather sets in to have him come out and see how things are running after we've insulated our cellar.

    Oh...yes, and the pressure was significantly off. I'm trying to remember what else....so many things spinning around in my head....
