The right way to size the new boiler is with a heat-loss calculation. With a properly-sized boiler the radiators won't get quite as hot, but they will heat the house properly on design day.

I have a customer who is going to change an old gravity hot water system to a new forced hot water.Will the cast irom radiators leak. Also how would I size my boiler from the sizes of the radiator.0
