Use the properly sized circ for the boiler and a Wilo Stratos for the System you will have no problems running the system with outdoor reset coming off of the boiler.

Solo 250 in monoflo tee system
System currently has two (2) CG 210 gas units injecting into a monoflow system with a giant TAco circ. All cast iron rads. I did the heatloss being pretty conservative and came up with 199K. I was thinking about using a Solo 250, piping directly through the boiler, no P/S, and controlling it with a Tekmar control with indoor feedback. I guess I am talking about constant circulation, though I have never done this before.
Ideas on this and controls, etc.
Thanks,

I would use 2 pumps, 1 appropriate for system and 1 for the boiler, wired in parallel with the boiler control.
T the boiler into monoflo system like a injection system.0
