CONVERT STEAM TO VACUUM

CUSTOMER HAS AN APARTMENT BUILDING THAT WAS VACUUM SYSTEM 25 YEARS AGO WE CONVERT TO LP STEAM SYSTEM. LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE, NON MECHANICAL WAY TO CONVERT BACK TO VACUUM WITH OUT VACUUM PUMP

If that's the typical
2-pipe vacuum system, and it was designed for vacuum originally, the piping is sized for the greater ∆P the vac pump would deliver. So without the pump, you likely have distribution problems, banging etc.
First thing to do is fix the leaky traps. These were probably what killed the old vac pump. Then see where you stand.
If you still have parts of the building that don't heat well, you'll need to put a vac pump in.
