A couple guys posted pics a while back showing grooves being cut into existing concrete. Forget who or what it was called...

Bump to top, see dilemma post
Real,
Someone else is also looking for the post regarding cutting the concrete. Did you ever find it? If so, please post it.
Thanks,

a year or two ago Hot Rod posted a thread on a new tool...
it can roll corners in existing slabs on the pex runs...it looks intensive and i fail to see where the value would be as you could do radiant ceiling and insulate the lid with much better results...i am thinking...0 -
I would look into the Roth panels. I am going to do an existing slab in them this winter.0 -
tRY USING A PRODUCT CALLED "BEKO-TEC" , UNKNOWN MANUFACTOR,
IT ALLOWS YOU TO SNAP TUBING IN AN INSULATED PANEL THAT WILL BE PLACED ON TOP OF AN EXISTNG SLAB. ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2-3" OF HEIGHT ON TOP OF EXISTING0 -
We do this often...
Do you have 2.5" - 3" to work with?0 -
An ugly job, grooving concrete
John Felciano up in CT actually got his hands on that tool and did a small job. It was built by a diamond saw company in Florida. It was messy and slow as I recall
I'd look at one of the over the top products. something with a little r-value would be helpful.
