scrap copper

............................. copper (with apologies to Willie Dixon and Aerosmith):

#1 is clean copper with no paint, solder or other impurities;

#2 can have paint, solder and other impurities on it.

I fear Brad White is starting to rub off on me.....

    scrap copper

    I just came from the scrap yard. I got $2.75 per lb for my #1, and $2.50 per lb for my #2 copper. Brass was at a $1.50. I was just wondering what scrap was going for elsewhere? Im in central NY

  • I just got $2.65 for #2 here in the hartford CT area yesterday.
