    Can anyone point me to some online conversion tables for sizing solar water heating for a mid size commercial project?

    Yes you definatly need to measure your water usage for the hot water usage in gallons. take a reading for every day of operation for about 2 weeks this will give you a fairly accurate water ussage to help with determining the required sizing.
