adding a radiator

I'm all for homeowners giving things a shot but this is level 9 do it yourselfer. However, if you have a wet return down low you might pipe it through a radiator and heat this room

    single pipe system steam heat. I have one room in basement that is not heated. 2 other rooms are with radiators fixed to the ceiling. how do i go about installing a radiator to the unheated room. the boiler is basically on the other side of the wall
