    Need heating engineer

    I am president of a small condomium in lower Manhattan. Many of the units in our building have heat problems. We do not know if our boiler is too small, whether we need new windows, whether our radiators are inadequate, or whether we have some other problem. We are looking to hire a consultant to review our heating distribution system.

    Building heating system survey

    I am a retired Steam heating Consultant currently living in Florida.

    I make trips back to New York City for consultations.

    My last Customers were 240 Central Park South Inc.

    CED Incorporated where I provided solutions to steam heating problems at the Union Club and the Prinston Club in Manhattan.

    My rates are $1000.00 per day plus the time it takes to generate a report for the building.
