    Bathroom radiator

I Have a customer with Buderus modes 11 radiator that is 12" tall 16" wide 21/2" deep. It has been replaced twice in ten years due to rusting. Lots of bathroom moisture. This size seems hard to find. Buderus discontinued the 16" wide models.
I am more interested in finding something that can handle the moisture.

your right, the 16"'s only come in the model 22.

When you say moisture, is that a euphemism?

Is this next to the toilet ??

I have a lot of Buderus Panels in bathrooms that are fine.

    Try a better exhaust fan

Sounds like the problem is more an exhaust problem more than anything. Consider putting in a stronger fan or checking the venting. It might be "dryer duct" with too long of a run.

    That and continuous circulation

If continuous circulation is used without warm weather shut-down, cool water can be circulated. Not just cool as we think of it but below the dew-point of the bathroom during a shower.

As Justin said, the fan or venting may not be up to the task. If the fan is on and the door is closed, you should feel a definite draft under the door crack.
