I live a few miles from their headquarters, and would be willing to throw a rock through a window to get their attention.

Seriously, I have a very good friend who works in engineering at Yahoo. If you don't get what you need on the phone call, post a note back to me and I'll call her and get you helped. It won't help receiving mail, but you could get a hotmail account to at least be able to send mail out to people.

Where's Sven when you need him? The guy was a walking computer encylopedia........

Does anyone know how to contact some kind of live help at Yahoo? My e-mail is messed up somehow and A: I can't access my account, B: Yahoo doesn't recognize my e-mail password or ID. Their help page is a merry go round type deal that you could spend days on and never find out what you need to know.

Any ideas or suggestions?
