Time for a pro. Deciding you can do it yourself will cost more in the end. Trust me. Chris

peerless burner help
I have a Peerless WBV oil burner. The oil ran out and I had it refilled and bled the line and started it up. it got to temp I turned on the thermostat and no heat. I went to check the burner and now nothing. The temp is going down the status light is not lit. any clues?0 -
Well
your filter may be plugged with the sludge that was stirred up when the oil tank was refilled or the nozzel is foiled or the fuel screen is plugged or all of the above.
You should never let the oil tank go empty. I tell my customers not to let it drop below 1/2. When the tank is refilled, sludge that accumulated over the years and sat harmlessly on the bottom gets stirred up and sent down the line when the empty tank is re-filled.
You will need to call a pro in for this.
