    I can't quite see from the pic but please tell me that wad of romex isn't tied directly to the service wire?! Looks like the chimney needs the services of a good brick mason.

    Apartment conversion?

    Looks like a Harry Homeowner conversion of a single family house into a dual apartment.

    Double tapping the service drop for a second panel, installing a security light for the former backyard now parking lot, pride in carpentry and painting craftmanship, bathroom exhaust vent for windowless bathroom, hasty repair after latest break in.

    Am I close?
