Hey Dan- Ever work on a Barnes and Jones system? Two pipe, vaporstat, pumped return...Traps look like they've been in for at LEAST 40 years! (some older). System in need of cleanup, trap replacement-if you'd like to come see it, and be a part of a "This Old Grand House"- in River Forest Illinois, As well as having a night out with Johnny Lattner (my father in law-I think you know who he is-e-mail me back!

Pumped Return?

Bet someone replaced a Return Trap with a tank and pump. B&J called their Return Trap a "Condensator".

If you're running that on a Vaporstat, you likely don't need the pump. Gravity return should work fine.
