future section leakage

I put in a new WM WTGO-3 a few months ago, with no problems. Looking to the future, how can I lower the odds of a future leak. The boiler does DHW thru a tankless coil so it will be warm year round, no cold start. The pH is at 7.5. Pumping away, the preasure on the return right before the boiler, at 180 deg with the circulator running, is 22 psi (26 psi into the supply). Hi limit 180/low limit 150 with the Honeywell controller. The lowest the guage on the boiler reads is 140. Taco 007 with zone valves. No bypass loop. Thanks for any thoughts. Mark S

12 psi cold right before the boiler kicks on at the low limit setting. a one story house with baseboard fin-tube so the height from boiler bottom to first floor heat is only 8 feet.0 -
Cast iron boiler care.
follow the manual, keep the ph neutral and don't let the boiler run dry. You may install a low water cut off for added safety. Good water and stack temps help keep the boiler and flue from damage of the products of combustion.
Annual maintenance is great for the burner.
You should see at least 20 to 30 years out of the boiler then the rest is gravy.
There is a school out there that boilers are outdated after 20 years (think back to the boiler you pulled out) that there efficiency is gone due to modern technology.
Low mass modulating boilers are becoming more popular and 20 years from now may make your new boiler a relic.
Keep the maintenance simple and don't worry that boiler is made to last a long time.
