Came up short

Am installing a joist trak radiant floor. We were trying to use up a partial roll of tubing and came up about 3 feet short of reaching the manifold at the end. Should I pull this all down and redo with a full roll or can I get away with putting a coupling in the end to reach the manifold?
If I put a coupling into one loop, should I put a coupling in the second loop so the flow loss will be even or just even the flow with the valves at the manifold. I still need to hit the flow rate of 2.5gpm through the floor and don't know if that coupling will screw things up..
Thanks for any help....

put the coupling in - only leave access to this area if possible incase you ever need to check/recrimp your connection.

joint
use a compression by compression coupling, heat shrink over it after it has been pressure tested. Fill it up. Have a nice day.
Do not put a joint in the next loop to balance the flow. Use the flow setter on the manufacured manifold to balance flow.0 -
Thanks!! Whole lot easier than pulling all that tubing down again.0 -
