I have to thank every one who responded to my other tread. I am very pleased with the response from Heat Transfer Products. On a Saturday they got me intouch with Rich Swatton. He confirmed what everyone said and my beliefs that the circut board was dead- provided me with the parts I needed and I got the customers heat back on.
