    How much

I want to buy some for my family, and offer these to my customers.

Is there a deal for us wallies? I see a "one time purchase price" of 100 bucks a unit. thereafter $189.00

I do not want to sound cheap, because the product is obviously worth every penny. I was just wondering if I was able to buy at a discount through any of the associations I belong to. Thanks in advance!

    Cosmo,

I think if you contact Mr.Kerr via email or phone,he'll help you out. I just received 12 CO expert detectors and they're all spoken for. I have several very grateful customers.

On a side note. I have never had as many CO related service calls as I have had this year, thanks to more and more CO detectors in homes. I think the message is gettin out.

    Good luck, Tom

Could also try National Comfort Instituete

at www.nationalcomfortinstitute.com if you buy bulk they are less than co experts and alarm ranges are about the same. I took the course before I bought any it may be a prerequisite. I cannot find any alarms on the open market that are meant for low levels.

The ones you find in the box store that say reads low levels on the cover, state in the instructions not meant for under 30ppm

    Good Luck

    Try

Try ESCO, they have them for $130.

You would have to find an NCI certified contractor to buy their low level alarm.

Cosmo, Don't mean to push a sale on you but since you asked :) If you're willing to place an order for a case of 12 I can sell them to you for $99.00 each. Please feel free to e-mail me if you think I can be of service to you. Thanks

Someone posted this link last week here on The Wall.

    $120 each.

I told one of my friend's about the danger of CO and he's buying one for his apartment, one for his girlfriend's, and one for his parent's house.

    And if

he does not want all 12, I would take 4 and install one in the bank and one in SIL's house and one in each kid's place.

A contractor does not have to be NCI certified to buy the alarm. We have many contractors that are not certified in Air or CO that we sell to. We do try to qualify their ability to respond to a CO Alarm. Our CO level is lower, our warranty is longer and our price is less.

    grocery store analogy

Many times I walk into a grocery store for a small item, like a $3 box of Special K (the one w/ the strawberries), and walk out with $85 worth of groceries....

I just called NCI when I got back to my desk, and lo and behold I talked to CO guru Jim Davis himself. Next thing I know I am not only going to by some CO monitors.... but I finally signed up for the CO training and certification I have been wanting to complete for years!!

Thank you Jim for your time, and looking forward to seeing you in April!

Thanks also to Alan, Hey Alan because I am going to go to the training classes I figure it is only fair to also buy the CO monitors from him also. I WILL keep you in mind on a next order, Thanks!
