I know, I know...Every couple months the same question. Just once more?? I am seperating an old converted gravity system into two havles. The house was 4-plexed many years back, and I want to split the two halves that were the upper floor into two zones to seperate the gas service and get it into the tenants names. Large rads to small ones. What is the proper sizing tecnique to size two small boilers? Aprox 1000 sq' each side, single pane windows, 3" insulation in the attic. Just took out the permit.
