Hi, I have something called winter/summer hook-ups and I can't seem to get a continous flow of hot water. It is scalding hot one minute and ice cold the other. Is there anything I can do to get a continous flow of hot water?

Water not hot enough
My hot water does not seam to be hot enough when in use. I have already cleaned the mixing valve, flushed the tankless system, lines are insulated, controls have been set higher, valves are open. I have the tech schedualed for an anual srevice in afew days. I looking for sugestions of other things that I can check.

How is your pressure on hot water side? Coil could be narrowed by minerals. Also, the outside of coil could be clogged and dirty.0 -
Not Enough Hot Water
Coil system ? Drawing a too high of a flow rate would out run a coil. Large or old shower head above 2.5 gpm and tub draw would out run what most coils can produce.
Make sure the mix is not by-passing.. A by-pass other then the mix valve would kill the flow of hot water to your shower. Sink facets , portible dish washers and washing machines, hand held shower heads with shut offs are a few to check...
Coil maybe dirtyer than a flush may clean. May need to call in a coil cleaner...
