Honeywell boiler bypass

Would anyone know if Honeywell's DU145 thermostatic boiler bypass is availible in the U.S.. I came across info on a UK web site(s),where it seems to be a quite common device. It also seems to modulate delta P, this would be beneficial with the use of TRV's. Thank you

    The way I read it......

    this unit maintains boiler return temp and also senses pressure, while not inclusive to one another. Have you come across one?
