SpiroVent on glycol loop

Had an issue with my DHW solar loop a couple weeks back and need to refill. Thinking through the process of puring air as I refill it I see there's no Spiro vent over the expansion tank. Would it be a good idea to put one on?

What can I use for a pump to charge this back up?

    Grainger #2P110 @ $132.00 And there are other similar pumps.
