I doubt the man was a pro. Any mechanic worth his salt should be able to do in about 5 minutes. I am curious as to why they have camera's near the loo?

Perhaps there are far more subversive forces at play here rather than just an exotic theft.
I always thought urinals made the world a better, cleaner place, even if it robbed the trees of whatever fertilizer... and here is an article from the UK Telegraph that explains it all. Oh boy!
