    Union with Rubber Seal?

    A while back I recall seeing a discussion regarding unions, leaking, etc... I am looking for the company who makes the unions with a rubber face seal. Are they for potable applications?

    The best O ring union

    That I have used comes from Watts Radiant #463095 in 1" 096 & 097 for 1-1/4 and 1-1/2".

    I have only seen them in sweat by sweat versions however. I'll bet they are made in IP versions also.

    I believe one of the Watts companies in N Carolina machines them still.

    You will also see this union sold with many solar panels for quick easy leak free panel connections.
