Latest Prestige install WW

in a while. This Prestige replaces an old cast iron beastie that had been sized by the doorway method. The pre existing piping is gravity. The house is rented by a White house lawyer. Seems like an alright fellow, but those stainless steel teeth had me worried. :( Just kidding. All Lawyers make me worried. :) One of the challenges was getting through the granite wall for the concentric vent. Turned out OK and really worked well. The Amtrol tank was pre-existing, and had been piped incorrectly, so heat would ghost flow up to a radiator on the 2nd floor landing. All OK now. Someday I will upgrade to a Smart tank. Job not quite done in this pic. I should have waited until we cleaned up. Looked great when we were done, and then I came back to do the combustion test and the homeowner had DUCT TAPED the boiler literature to the front panel. I nearly had a coniption. Ack! WW
