you are talking about the New Utica UB95M 2000 -
That one has been around awhile...
in a non modulating form and without need from P/S. The Prestige also allows this piping arrangement since the built in pump has a fair amount of extra capcity since the head drop across the boiler is ratherlow.

The Utica UB95M is the one I was thinking of.
The control and operations manual at the website still seems to have a Fahrenheit/Celsius problem where it explains outdoor reset. Wording states that the reset curve goes "flat" at outdoor temps below 32°Fe.g. boiler always fires to the max (parameter 4) setting. Graph shows this happening at 0°F. BIG difference!0 -
