    Today I had the unfortunate experience of capsizing my yak while trying to rescue a lawyer(complete stranger) whose boat was "belly up". We rode about one quarter mile of class II and III rapids together without the comfort of a boat, ouch!What an incredible feeling 650 CFS (cubic feet per second) in a 15 foot wide channel. Thank God we are alive! Maybe I should of let the lawyer go!?Anyone have a remedy for a sore arse?
