can anyone give me a figure on what warm board cost a sq ft
not installed, just the material.

    "warm board", I`m from Canada and I`ve never heard of it before. I hope someone can enlighten me! Is that a "slang meaning" for something else?

    Certainly not inexpensive but reasonably cost-competitive for new construction using radiant floor heat and highly energy effective for any use.
