Humidifier

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a hydro-air system with the air handler in the attic.
I want to add a humidity to the air in the winter.
Can I add a central humidifier?
I think it is a problem since I have anti-freeze in the water lines.
House is about 1600 sq. ft.

    If you are in a climate that freezes,.No. other than that sure you can.
