But I gave up. I found a guy who works with Laars on pool heaters, and he was willing to order one but it was going to be expensive. I'm having the Burnham LE installed next month, all the big Supply houses can get them. The LE is not as efficent, but it is low volume and you know getting parts should not be an issue. I'm gonna team mine up with a TR series Phase III indirect since it holds 12 gal of boiler water in the indirect. Should help buffering a bit and keep the boiler from short cycling.

I am having no luck in trying to find an installer for the Laars Max boiler on Long Island and worst yet the suppliers are no help in finding one. I am wondering if it's all worth it. Would like readers input on the boiler. Perhaps one of you live on the Island and can refer me to an installer. Seems most installers want to sell you a cast-iron regardless of what you want.
