I need some advice on the Munchkin Boiler please. It went out on a fault on Monday last week and nobody has been able to get it out of the fault. It will only fire for about 3 secs and we are not getting any support from the Manufacture on this problem. Any one with knowledge of these boilers please give me some suggestions.

Did the rep

How about the wholesaler? Where are you located?

What fault code? What application? What were operating conditions? Has anything been corrected? Resetting won't help if the problem still exists.0 -
Firing for 3 seconds...
sounds like the flame sensor needs to be cleaned.

Yep
If indeed it does establish a flame and then goes out the first thing I would check is the flame sensor. Was this boiler initially setup with a combustion analyzer or just installed and left. Ya gotta dial these things in.0
