I'm looking for some clear diagrams online that I can give to homeowner, who is installing foam insulation and wire mesh before I get there to run tubing.

    they have some nice diagrams over there that show foam schedules, spacing, etc. Look in the resources section and drill down to the articles on foundations. Cheers!
