storage tank piping?

I have a job with a indirect tank and a hollow core storsge tank for extra capacity.Is there another way to pipe this arangement with out using a pump to circulate the water between these 2 tanks or can you use your recic.line to help in this?

Do you mean
a DHW tank? If so does the system have a recirc pump now? If so just circulate between the tanks.
While this will supply more dump load, the recovery time will be longer.
