in THE MAIN WALL
in need of a program that can track referrals, customers what job was performed etc.

anyone have a program like this or know of one and where to get it?

Need ASAP!!!

    We've used ACT! for years

    From what I've read ACT! 2005 is to be avoided but 6.x, the previous version, works like a charm and is very customizable.

    We use it to track referrals, service agreement renewals, last invoice date, last tune up, heating and cooling equipment make, model and serial numbers, keep track of all previous service done, etc. Very versatile program.

    Copies of ACT! v6.x are available on eBay for under $25. I know I paid over $100 when I got it and felt it was a bargain. It is pretty full featured so you may want to get one of the help books that are available.

    looking at it right now. looks like everything I need all in one bundle, including links for palm handheld.
